As the title suggests, the main character of this work is a teacup. A teacup can hold any type of liquid. In other words, it is a vessel that can accept anything. It is a tolerant vessel. Also, many stories of heroic deaths have been passed down forever throughout the long history of mankind. Death is a major problem that everyone inevitably faces, and it is like a friend that is always by our side. Without death, life would lose its color, and those who live forever would lose their diligence. Having an end gives value to the present moment we are living. This work expresses these two things.
この作品は題名のとおりティーカップが主人公です。ティーカップはどんな種類の液体でも入れることが出来ます。言い換えれば、どんなものでも受け入れられる器です。寛容な器だと言えます。また、沢山の英雄的な死の物語というのも、人類の長い歴史のなかで、永遠に語り継がれるものです。死というのは誰もが必ず直面する、大問題であり常に傍らにいる友人のようなものです。死無くしては、人生の彩りは感じられず、永遠に生きるものは勤勉性を失います。終わりがあることで、現在生きているこの瞬間に価値がでてくるものです。この作品はこれら二つのの事柄を、表現したものです。
